IBI Group is looking to fill 2 positions in the Real Estate Research and Planning division in the Toronto office: a Junior Planner and a Junior Planner/Economist. Both positions are 1 year contract positions with the possibility of full-time employment.
Junior Planner - Toronto
The applicant should be familiar with working with municipal planning departments on both private and public developments in the GTA and southern Ontario. You will be working with our Associates and Directors and be responsible for planning research, project planning and co-ordination as well as liaison with municipal staff, project team members and clients on a variety of projects.
Preferably from a Municipal Planning or Development background with 1-5 years experience, a planning degree and provisional or full membership in OPPI. Knowledge of the Ontario land use process essential. If you are a self starter with the ability to multi-task and are looking to develop a career, this is a great job opportunity.
