IBI Group is looking to fill 2 positions in the Real Estate Research and Planning division in the Toronto office: a Junior Planner and a Junior Planner/Economist. Both positions are 1 year contract positions with the possibility of full-time employment.
Junior Planner / Economist - Toronto
Working with other IBI Group staff and clients, the applicant should have knowledge and interest in planning and land development with an orientation to economic/financial/market analysis and issues. The applicant should be familiar with the GTA/southern Ontario. Responsibilities will include research, field work, analysis and report writing.
Applicants with a degree in planning and/or geography, economics, finance with 1-5 years experience preferred. Good technical skills and ability to multi-task essential. Access to a vehicle essential.
