American Skiing Company (ASC) is developing a new Resort Village at The Canyons, Park City UT, based upon a Master Plan previously produced by IBI Group. The Sundial Lodge, the first of many anticipated Condo Hotels within the Village Center, is located adjacent The Forum – a lively central outdoor plaza featuring a skating rink, large screen video monitor and surrounded by retail vendors. The Sundial Lodge, with its attention to scale, texture and detail, sets the tone for all subsequent development within the Resort Core.
