IBI Group Architects are the design and production architects for the initial built project for the Concord Adex railway lands development. The presentation centre, located prominently at Spadina Avenue and Bremner Boulevard, provides an icon for the Concord Adex development, illustrating their commitment to high quality building design and execution while providing a venue for public display of current projects and accommodation of offices for sales, construction and marketing. The scope of the project includes full architectural services, interior design, furniture design and landscape architectural services.
